Management



  • Business Experience of management in the same line of business should be more than three years.


  • Businesses must have a minimum operational history of 3 years.


  • Age of owners and partners between 25-65.


  • Sufficient credit history.

Use of Funds



  • Asset acquisition.


  • Construction or purchase of office premises.


  • Business expansion or startup financing.


  • Inventory, supply, and raw material procurement.


  • Salary and rent financing for service companies.


  • Value add or automation to existing processes.

Banking & Credit History



  • No returned checks in the past six months, up to 3 in the last 24 months.


  • Etihad Credit Bureau review required for borrower, guarantors, and owners.


  • Last 12 months' primary bank statements required.


  • Two years of audited financial statements.

Management



  • Minimum Annual Turnover


  • Demonstrated positive sales and revenue growth over the past year.


  • Debt to Revenue Ratio


  • Positive net profit in the last 12 months.
